- Who is C.Ray? Well, I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, professional and confidant. I serve in one or more of those previous capacities to each person in my life. I have a beautiful son who tests boundaries on the daily. I have a beautiful mother who serves as my rock (even when I don’t show her). I have a GREAT older brother who I am growing closer with every day. I am a counselor and shoulder to everyone and anyone who needs me.
