- Who is C.Ray? Well, I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, professional and confidant. I serve in one or more of those previous capacities to each person in my life. I have a beautiful son who tests boundaries on the daily. I have a beautiful mother who serves as my rock (even when I don’t show her). I have a GREAT older brother who I am growing closer with every day. I am friends with the most intelligent and eclectically beautiful women ever, not to mention my two closest male friends who are AWESOME! I am a Child Fitness Department Head and Group Fitness Instructor for a major Day Resort, Gym and Spa and I have founded the empowerment group W.omen H.elping E.mpower W.omen. I am a counselor and shoulder to everyone and anyone who needs me.
